Sapiens offers data-driven human performance programs via at-home stress diagnostics, performance coaching, and habit change interventions. Individuals are provided personalized insights into their health and performance.
Problem
Existing health report made it challenging for clients to identify their stress drivers and understand how to manage them. Data was not presented in an engaging manner.
Approach
Collaborated with stakeholders to define expectations and goals for the health report. Identified key user needs. Facilitated user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Solution
Redesigned health report emphasises clarity and personalisation, presenting users with tailored insights to improve their stress and performance. I've introduced a design system and CSV-to-Figma data import to streamline report generation.
